After the Easter Holidays, many of us started our First Communion Class with Mother Loftus and were ready for the Great Day - the feast of Corpus Christi, when the following children made their First Holy Communion:

Carol Bolwell, Maureen Daly, Anne Hackett, Dorothy Hancock, Lynda Leyden, Susan Mann, Madeleine Redding, Martyn Leyden Caroline Sherwood, Christine Stones, Christopher Baker, Mark Cristofoli, Martyn Leyden, David Pardy.

And later: Sally Ann Hunter, Christina Richardson, Susan Hibbs, Jane Murphy, Anna Rogers, Paul Tumilty, Alexander Young.

For our Confirmation on October 19th we had Miss Woulfe for our Sponsor, and we chose our own saints names.
