Memories from Mary Collis-Bird

Dear Mary,

I was amazed to come across the Convent site.

I started at the school in about 1964. My class consisted of Judith Hanney, Kathleen Kaluza, Jane Scammell, Pippa Evans, Sarah Wass, Nida Luke, Mary Walsh, ... If I dredged my memory further, I would come up with other names I feel sure.

I would really like to know what happened to Sister Ruth, I believe she was moved to the Isle of Wight, but I'm not sure.

I remember Sister Margaret's ordination, what a day that was!

I've been in Australia for about fifteen years. I work for Australian Broadcasting as a radio producer.

I don't know if you have a list of where are they now, but I would be interested in having my name posted, to be contacted by old school mates, etc ... Its pure curiosity, of course !
