ABSTRACT of the TITLE of

The Rev. Jos. Brampton the Rev. Chas. Galton and The Rev. Sydney Smith to a strip of land adjoining Christchurch Road - Boscombe Bournemouth being portion of the grounds of Corpus Christ Catholic Church.

BY INDENTURE of this date made between The Hon. George John Plunkett of No. 14 Victoria Street, Westminster in the County of Middlesex Charles Joseph Stronor of Llanvain Ascot in the County of Berks Esq. & William Southwell Curzon of 58 Woolwich Common in the Coy of Kent a Lieut. Col. In Her Majesty's Horse Artillery (thereinafter called "the Mtgees")

Of the 1st part George Augustus Curzon then formerly of Hyde Park Barracks in the Coy of Middlesex but then of Woodhill Send Woking in the Coy of Surrey a Colonel in the Retired list of her.Majesty's Army (thereinar called "the Vendor") of the 2nd part and The Pauline Von Hugel of "Moorfield " Bournemouth in the Coy of Hants (thereinar called the Purcheser) of the 3rd part.

RECITING that by an Indre (thereinar called "the said Mtge") dated the 11th day of March 1885 & made between the Vendor of the one part and the Mtgees (the said George John Plunkett being therein descbd by mistake as George William Plunkett) of the other part the heredits thereinar descbd were convyd by the Vendor unto & to the use of the Mtgees in fee simple subjt to a proviso therein contd for the redemption of the sd heredits on payment by the Vendor to the Mtgees of the sum of £2,959-15-3 with interest thereon on a day then past

AND RECITING agreement for sale at £3,600

AND RECITING that sd sum of £2,959-15-3 was still due on the security of the sd Mtge but all interest for the same had been paid up to date of abstg presents

AND RECITING that upon treaty for the sd pche it was agreed that the sd sum of £2,959-15-3 should be paid to the Mtgees out of the sd pche money

IT WAS WITNISSED that in conson of the sum of £2,959-l5-3 to the MTgees paid &c . by the direction of the Vendor (the receipt &c.) & in conson' of the sum of £640-4-9 to the Vendor (the payment and receipt &c . ) the iMtgees as Mtgees by the direction of the Vendor conveyed and the Vendor as B.O. thrby conveyed unto the Pchr

ALL THAT pice or parcel of land situate at Poke sdown in the parish of Christchurch in the County of Hants (being a portion of a parcel of land containing 234 acres 2 roods & 12 perches, Rod. 3101 in the Tithe Comutation Award may and survey for the sd Parish of Christchurch part of which adjoins the High Road leading from Bournemouth to Christchurch contg in the whole 2 acres more or less

AND ALSO all that messuage or dwellinghouse erected and built on the sd piece or parcel of land or on some part thereof known as Hollywood then in the occupation of Edmund Brown

AND also the stables and coachhouse erected and built on other part of the sd piece or parcel of land and lying to the East of the sd messnuage or dwghse & all other -Bldgs fixtures rights easements advantages & appurts whatever to the sd heredits appertaining or with the same held or enjoyed or reputed as part throf or appurtenant thrto or which sd piece or parcel of land & heredits thrinbefe descbd was more parlarly delineated on the paln drawn in margin of abstcg present & therein coloured pink.

TO HOLD the same unto and to the use of the Pchr in fee simple absolutely discharged from all ppal money & interest secured by a& from all claims & demands under the sd mortgage.
