BY INDENTURE of this date made between the sd Fredk. William Butler thrinar referred to as the Mortgagor of the one part & Anne Sarah Monk of Great College Street Camden Town in the Coy of London Spinster thereinar referred to as the Mortgagee of the other part
RECITING seisin of Mtgor
AND RECITING agreement for loan for £1,000
IT WAS WITNESSED that in pursuance of the sd agreement & in conson of the sum of £1.000 paid &. (the receipt &c.) the Mtgor did thrby convenent with the Mtgee her exs ads & assns that he the Mtgor his hrs exs or ads on the 12th day of Dec. then next to pay to the Mtgee her exs ads or assns the sum of £1000 with intt. For the same in the meantime at the rate of £4% p.a. from date of absteg presents and in default intt half yearly.
IT WAS ALSO WITNESSED that for the conson afsd he the Mtgor as B.O. did thrby grant & convey unto the Mtgee & her heirs
ALL before abstracted premises TO HOLD the sd pice or parcel of land messuage or dwghse & premes with the appurts unto & to the use of the Mtgee her heirs exs ads or assns in fee simple but subjt to the proviso for redemption thrinar cont.
PROVISO FOR REDEMPTION
CONVENANT by Mtgor to insure
DECLARATION limiting section 18 of the Conveyancing Act 1881
PROVISO that Section 20 subsection 1 of the sd Act should so far as it applied to that security be varied to the extent that 6 months notice requiring payment of the Mtge moneys should be neccy in lieu of 3 months as required by the sd subsection

BY INDENTURE of this date made between the sd Annie Sarah Monk of the 1st part sd Frek. Wm. Butler of the 2nd part and the Baroness Pauline Von Hugel of Moorfield Bournemouth in the County of Southampton Spinster of the 3rd part
RECITING last abstracted indre of the Mortgage
AND RECITING agreement for sale at £1620
AND RECITING that sd sum of £1000 remained owing on the security of the sd indre of Mtge but all intt for the same had been paid up to date of absteg presents & upon the treaty for the sd pche it was agreed that the sd sum of £1000 should be paid to the sd A.S.Monk out of the sd pche money
IT WAS WITNESSED that in conson of the sum of £1000 to the sd A.S.Monk paid by the sd P. Von Hugel on or before &c. (the receipt &c.) & in conson of £620 to the sd F.W.Butler at the same time paid by the sd P.Von Hugel (the paymentand receipt &c.) the sd A.S.Monk as Mtgee bt diron of the sd F.W.Butler thrby conveyed & the sd F.W.Butler as B.O. thrby conveyed & confirmed unto the sd P. Von Hugel
ALL before abstracted premises
TO HOLD the same unto and to the use of the said P. Von Hugel in fee simple freed & discharged from all ppal money & interest secured by & all claims & demands under the sd indre of Mtge but subjt nevertheless to the observance & performance of the covts & condons reserved by & contd as the same covts & condons were then subsisting and caple of taking effect
EXECUTED by the sd A.S. Monk & F.W. Butler and attested

BY INDENTURE of this date (enclosed on last abstd indre) between the therein within names Baroness Pauline Von Hugel then residing at "Loreto" Christchurch Road, Boscombe in the Coy of Southampton of the one part and the Rev. Joseph Brampton the Rev. Sydney Smith and the Rev. Charles Galton all of 31 Farm Street Berkeley Square in the Coy of Middlesex of the other part
IT WAS WITNESSED that the sd P. Von Hugel did thrby freely and voluntarily & as B. O. give & convey unto the sd J. Brampton S. Samith & C. Galton
ALL THAT piece or parcel of land descbd & comprised in & conveyed by the thrin within written indre
TOGETHER with the dwghse & outbldge then lately known as The Grange but then as "Loreto"
TO HOLD the same unto and to the use of the sd J. Brampton S. Smith and C. Galton in fee simple as joint tenants but subjt to the observance and performances of the covts and restrictions reserved by and contd in the therein within mentd indre dated the 11th day of March 1881 so far as the same covts and condons were then subsisting and caple of taking effect
