St John's Convent, situated in 14 acres of land in central Berkshire, is run by Sisters of Our Lady of Pity, an order of nuns dedicated to caring for Priests, especially in their retirement.
The holiday accommodation at the Convent comprises either single bungalows or bungalows for up to six people, or single rooms.
Visitors can either self-cater or meals can be provided.
The facilities at the Convent include a swimming pool, private walks and a beautiful chapel.
Local attractions include: Windsor Castle, Hampton Court, and local shopping in Reading or Maidenhead.
You can travel to the Convent by car as there is plenty of - parking, or by rail to Twyford, Berkshire station or air to Heathrow and on to Reading by coach.
Arrangements can be made to pick up visitors from either Twyford or Reading stations.
