BY INDENTURE of this date made between the therein within names Baroness Pauline Von Hugel of the one part & The Rev. Joseph Brampton Rector of the Church of the Immaculate Conception Farm Street in the County of London. The Rev. Charles Galton of Farm Street afsd and the Rev. Sydney Smith of the same of the other part

IT WAS WITNESSED that the sd P. Von Hugel did thrby freely & voluntarily and B.O. give & convey unto the sd J. Brampton C. Galton and S. smith

ALL THAT piece or parcel of land describd & comprised in & conveyed by the therein within written indre Together with the dwelling house and outbuildings known as 'Hollywood' and the Church known as 'Corpus Christi' erected and built on the said piece of land.

TO Hold the same unto and to use thesaid

J. Brampton C. Galton and S. Smith in fee simple as joint tenants
